Marketing Agreement and appointment of Transfer Attorney

In order for you to qualify for the most favourable professional fee of 3% (excl. VAT) or 3.5% (excl. VAT) you need to complete and sign our marketing agreement (including the appointment of the transfer attorney). In this way you can save thousands of Rands! Our goal is to market your property in the best possible way. In order to do this, we need protection from those buyers who would want to make use of our services without paying the professional fee. If we have a signed marketing agreement, we are free to advertise your property as widely as possible.

Farm Sell Direct is committed to market your property locally, nationally and internationally, passing on all potential buyers to you. You also have to appoint the transfer attorney to process the transfer of your property to the new owner. You can either appoint your own transfer attorney, or you can select one from our panel of attorneys. We have negotiated with them and they have agreed to support you through the process and to facilitate the final negotiation and contract on your behalf.
