Resolution to Sell Template

A Property can be owned by either a natural person or by a legal entity (like a company, Close Corporation or Trust).

When a property is owned by a legal entity, there has to be a meeting where the members, shareholders or trustees agree to sell the specific property and authorize a person to represent them with regards to the sale. The minutes of such a meeting has to be presented as proof that such a meeting was held and that a specific person may act on behalf of the entity.
